LAP EXTREME has been developing extreme sports equipment since 1988. After 6 years of research and development we have developed a surfboard core that is stronger and lighter. The foam has more flex and will take more impact than any foam ever used in the surf industry. This foam will not pressure dent. Your boards will last longer and surf better than anything you’ve ever surfed before!

With our technology we can build almost any size board with any rocker you can create. This special foam can be glassed with polyester or epoxy resin. This foam can be hand shaped or we can pre-shape it on our CNC shaping machine.
